Frequently Asked Questions: PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM OUR BOUTIQUE. 

How long does processing take?

Processing on orders take 1-6 weeks(depending upon if we have the product in stock). Monday through Saturday, Sundays or holidays are not included. They’re not included because mail doesn’t run on that day! Larger or customized orders MAY take longer. Please note that processing starts 24 hours AFTER your order is placed.

Once I place my order, how do I know it is successful?

You will receive a conformation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, your order was not successful.  EVERY ORDER gets an order number and email, if you did not receive either and you "claim" to have purchased, I must see legitimate proof including transactions & statements. 

 

How long is shipping?

After your order is shipped, it takes about 2-5 business days. If your order is delayed, it is because of USPS or your mail carrier. 

Do we refunds or exchanges? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO THOSE WHO I CANNOT FULFILL ORDER IN TIME!

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a tracking number via the email you placed the order with. If you do not receive a tracking number after processing days are over with, PROPERLY contact me to discuss.
